A total of 84 participants enrolled in the HELP courses titled "Freedom of Expression" and "Property Rights", launched by Dr. Cemal Dursun as tutor. The course period ended on August 31, 2025. e-Certificates will be awarded to the participants who successfully completed the courses in the upcoming term.
